Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms of Service

Welcome to Apex Lane Logistics ("Apex Lane," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at apexlanelogistics.com (the "Site") — including browsing our pages, submitting the carrier signup form, calling our dispatch team, or otherwise engaging with our content — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, carriers, and others who access or use the Site. They govern your use of the website only. If you engage Apex Lane for dispatch services, a separate Dispatch Services Agreement will govern that relationship.

2. Our Services

Apex Lane Logistics is a freight dispatch company based in Long Beach, California. We provide dispatch services to owner-operators and motor carriers, including:

  • Load searching and matching on behalf of carriers

  • Rate negotiation with shippers and freight brokers

  • Load booking and rate confirmation management

  • Paperwork preparation (bills of lading, proof of delivery, rate confirmations)

  • Submission of freight documents to factoring companies
     

Our dispatch fee is 8% of the line haul only. Accessorial charges — including detention, layover, lumper fees, TONU, and stop-off pay — are never included in the fee calculation and are retained 100% by the carrier.
 

Apex Lane Logistics is not a freight broker, motor carrier, or shipper. We act solely as a dispatch agent on behalf of carriers. Nothing on this Site constitutes a brokerage offer or creates a brokerage relationship.

3. Eligibility

This Site is intended for use by adults aged 21 and older. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent.

Carriers seeking to use Apex Lane's dispatch services must hold valid FMCSA operating authority (active MC number) and maintain all required insurance and regulatory compliance at all times.

4. Permitted Use of Website

4.1 Acceptable Use

You may use this Site to:
 

  • Learn about Apex Lane's dispatch services

  • Submit a carrier signup inquiry

  • Contact our dispatch team

  • View available loads listed on the Site

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
 

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site without our express written permission

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site

  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code through the Site

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or re-sell any portion of the Site without written authorization

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

4.3 Load Board Information

Load listings displayed on this Site are provided for informational purposes. Availability, rates, and details may change at any time. Load information does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of freight availability. To request a rate or book a load, contact our dispatch team directly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, the Apex Lane name, and the overall design and layout — is the property of Apex Lane Logistics or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, print, or download content from the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. The Apex Lane Logistics name and logo are trademarks of Apex Lane Logistics. Nothing on this Site grants any license to use our trademarks.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APEX LANE LOGISTICS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

We do not warrant or guarantee any specific freight availability, rate levels, or business outcomes resulting from your use of this Site or our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APEX LANE LOGISTICS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENT.


THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES, EVEN IF APEX LANE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
 

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
